What does WESP do?
At WESP, we believe in data-driven decision-making. To achieve this, WESP has developed unique business intelligence tools to collect, clean, standardize, and enrich retail market data for the automotive aftermarket. Our software applications transform heterogeneous workshop data into harmonized market information in line with industry standards, providing business insights, benchmarks, and data-driven decision-making.
Through a network of over 2.700 European workshops, WESP continuously collects after-sales market data. We receive repair information from workshops every week, encompassing parts information from more than 50 million invoices.
WESP’s data-driven dashboards, data deliveries, and APIs offer support to garages, wholesalers, and parts manufacturers in their daily operations, enabling them to continually improve their performance.

About the Role: As a Project manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and administration of various projects within the company. You will support the Manager implementations in planning, coordinating tasks, and maintaining communication between the project team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, ensuring that projects run efficiently from start to finish and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. 

Key Responsibilities
Project Administration:

  • Assist the Manager implementations with project planning and daily execution.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication between the project team, Project Manager, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of the project.

Project Progress Monitoring:

  • Support in planning meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
  • Oversee the daily tasks of the project team to ensure that timelines are met and project objectives are on track.

Document Preparation and Delivery:

  • Maintain the project calendar, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute required documents, contracts, and project schedules.
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, contracts, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that the appropriate people within the organization are informed about project tasks, deadlines, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages as an advantage.
