From a one-man shop to a data-driven top performer: Vakgarage Hink has been named winner of the prestigious Golden WESP Award 2025, recognising exceptional performance in data-driven workshops.

Every year, Aftersales Magazine and WESP present the Golden WESP Award to the Dutch workshop that has made the biggest strides in improving its business using data over the past year. This year, Vakgarage Hink from Oudkarspel was proud to receive this award because of their impressive growth over the past year, made possible in part by WESP’s aftermarket data.

Owner Marcel Hink started as a self-employed person in a modest workshop in 2014. Through hard work and bold entrepreneurship, the company expanded to two mechanics at its first location. A major turning point came in 2021 with the move to a new building, which enabled further growth for the current team of six professionals: four mechanics, a workshop manager, and a receptionist.
