Barneveld, the Netherlands – Bosch Car Service, a network of over 400 independent car dealers in the Netherlands, today announced a new partnership with WESP Automotive Business Intelligence. WESP is a leading provider of data-driven solutions for the automotive industry. As part of this collaboration, all Dutch Bosch Car Service car companies will be connected to WESP’s advanced platform.

Benefits for the Bosch Car Service companies
By connecting to the WESP platform, car companies will gain insight into, for example, the number of customers and the average spending per customer on maintenance and repair. These data are also compared with fellow franchisees. This creates valuable insights for car companies to further improve their operations.

Shared network dashboard
The data of all Bosch Car Service companies are also brought together in a single, so-called Network Performance Dashboard. This dashboard analyses the performance of the Bosch network. Using these insights, Bosch Netherlands can make informed decisions about the strategy for the Bosch Car Service network. This ultimately benefits all Bosch Car Service car companies.

WESP and Bosch attach great importance to the confidential and secure handling of the car companies’ data. Customer data, for example, will not be included in this dashboard.
